Anastacia is an author of the children's picture book, My Little Alien, a story that offers a fantastical, magical explanation to the question, "Where do babies come from?" It is set to be published July 6th, 2022.

Anastacia lives in Minnesota with her husband, her precocious toddler daughter, a dog that thinks he's a person, and a cat that thinks he's a plumber.

Before she started writing, Anastacia graduated with a degree in Psychology and Vocal Performance from the University of Notre Dame. After that, she pursued a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Capella University, but found she needed more creative outlets in her life. She performed in several musicals, found a talent manager, took a screenwriting course with Brent Forrester, wrote a television script, and decided it was finally time to publish the children's books that waited patiently for her on her computer. Anastacia is a part-time writer with hopes of making writing her full-time occupation.
